Never hath I seen such grace
As whenst thou hast revealed thy face
Now sorrow creeps and fills this place
My legs are lame but heart gives chase
And never hath I seen such pain
As whenst thou gazed upon the rain
A love that drives me quite insane
To death our love is lain
Art thou saddened by my leave?
Dost thou not repent nor grieve
The sudden loss of love once true
The death of love which grew and grew
Casting off the thoughts dost aide
In letting love be deathly laid
The spirit in thine eyes doth fade
The fate which we hath made
